Step 2: Fire up the Grill, looking to stabilize around 225-250F
Step 3: Put it on the Grill
Step 4: Check Roast Temp & Take off the Grill, want anywhere between 122-128F
Step 5: Bring the Grill temp up for Searing
Step 6: Sear the Roast
Step 7: Take it off & let it Rest
Step 8: Time to Cut & Eat!
