Expertly dosed premium spices in a specially designed brown sugar blend to create an intense caramelized crust and flavor your pulled pork ( Pulled Pork ) or roast chicken better than any other rub.
When using the latter, you will experience a feeling of crossing over, both without words and talking to yourself.

USE :
Pulled Pork: Use a whole pot for a whole pork shoulder without skin. Apply the rub to the meat, leave to rest for 24 hours in the fridge, cook at 250 f. until the meat pulls away from the bone.
Tenderloin, loin and tender cuts: Sear the meat on the BBQ without cooking it to the core, cool. Apply the rub to the meat and finish cooking over indirect heat.
