Big Green Egg - ConvEGGtor Half Baking Stone

The Half Baking Stone for convEGGtor allows you to make a multitude of different dishes!

Hyper versatile, you can use it with the convEGGtor basket by inserting it between two dishes, to combine direct and indirect cooking, or juxtapose it with a second half stone to create a real convection deck.

Designed to prevent scorching foods when two half-stones are used to increase the total cooking surface. If you use a convEGGtor with a smaller diameter, the food on the edges can burn. This makes it ideal for preparing large quantities of dishes that require moderate cooking temperatures (such as chicken wings). Used alone, it allows you to cook your food on half the total cooking surface without the risk of burning. The half stone is made of Big Green Egg ceramic.

Note: If you are using the 5-accessory add-on kit, only one half cooking stone can be placed on the middle level due to its size.
