Take advantage of every inch of that capacity by hanging and grilling at the same time. One side is closed like a traditional grilling grate, great for grilling burgers, seafood. and steaks. The other side is open, allowing you to hang your favorite cuts of meat(s)such as ribs, pork butt, or vegetables. Utilize all the accessories simultaneously! 

Using one side for grilling and the other side hanging gives you the best of both worlds.  

The 18.5" Pit Barrel Cooker grate measures 17.5″, The 14" Pit Barrel Junior Hinged Grate Diameter is 13" and the 22" PBX Hinged Grate diameter is 21.74" in diameter. The Hinged Grill Grates are made of heavy-duty chrome-plated durable steel.
