Adjustable Latch System: Both doors on the Broil King® Smoke™ models come equipped with silicons gaskets and steel latches ensuring a tight seal to keep the temperature in while infusing great smoky flavor.

Integrated Meat Hooks: Every vertical smoker comes with 16 Stainless steel hooks. Leave the upper rack in place, and use the 16 hooks provided to hang chicken pieces, and any other item that may work.

Fold-Down Drip Tray: The unique stainless steel fold-down drip tray allows for drip free loading and unloading of smoked foods.

Accu-Temp Thermometer: The accurate built in thermometer ensures that you can maintain the exact temperature you need.

Roto-Draft Dampers: Fully adjustable dampers are made of heavy duty cast aluminum with a stylish chrome coating. They allow precise temperature control by limiting the air flow through the cooking chambers.

Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Cooking Grids: Broil King® Smoke™ vertical models all come with 4 fully adjustable grids. With 4 cubic feet of adjustable cooking capacity, there is plenty of room to smoke a variety of meat all at the same time.
