The Pellet Smoker Series was designed to make smoking easy. A simple touch of the dial lets you smoke, sear or roast. Use the preset temperatures and let the grill take the hard work out of cooking or use the digital control display to maintain the temperature at anything from low and slow up to a searing 600F. Constructed from heavy-gauge steel, these durable performance grills are built to last.

The body of the Crown Pellet 500 is constructed from 1.5 mm (16 gauge) steel, has 560 sq.in. (3,613 sq.cm.) of primary cooking space and cast iron cooking grids. It makes smoking, searing or roasting convenient and easy with a WiFi- and Bluetooth®-enabled digital controller and one-touch temperature settings. This innovative product comes fully equipped with two electronic meat probes and base storage. Adding power to performance is a sturdy auger with a heavy-duty motor, an 18-lb capacity pellet hopper, a removable and hidden grease tray, and an easy-to-clean burn pot.

Meat Sensors: Two stainless steel electronic meat probes connect directly to the Broil King® controller, allowing you to monitor not only the temperature of the grill, but also the temperature of the food you are cooking. Watch the progress on the controller screen or on the Broil King® app!

Heavy Duty Burn Pot: The heavy-duty stainless steel burn pot is designed to allow your Broil King® pellet grill to reach a scorching 350°C (600°F) to sear the Perfect Steak. To withstand the heat and provide the best possible performance, our burn pot is made of extra thick stainless steel and has an overall diameter of 3.5" (8.89 cm). The venting system on the burn pot literally generates a small cyclone of burning fire.

Pellet App-enabled Grill: Download the Broil King® app and enjoy the complete grilling experience with the Broil King® Pellet. Control your grill from your mobile device, anywhere. All Broil King® pellet grills are Bluetooth® and Wi-Fi enabled, extending the range of your signal from your backyard to the lumber yard.
