The all new Crown™ 400 series features 460 sq. in. primary cooking surface and includes a durable cast aluminum oven, 4 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, and electronic ignition. All Crown 400 series include heavy-duty 3-position cast iron cooking grids, black drop-down side shelves and enclosed black cabinet base. The Crown S 490 also features a great side burner, a rear rotisserie burner, and premium rotisserie kit. 

Features:

Heavy duty reversible cast iron cooking grids: One side is pointed to give you perfect grill marks, while the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting while cooking.

Rotisserie Burner: The direct flame rear rotisserie burners fill the full width of the cookbox allowing you to barbecue 2-3 chickens at one time. Indirect heat prevents drippings from burning or even igniting, thereby eliminating the possibility of flare-up. Like all other components, it is built to last. Durable 430 Stainless Steel ensures a reliable, trouble free burner.

Deluxe Accu-Temp™ Thermometer: Broil King's easy to read stainless steel thermometer has a probe that reaches deep into the oven, giving you a more accurate temperature reading.
