Solid individually, the best feature of these grids is that they are reversible. The pointed side will be great for steaks, as they will deliver excellent sear marks. The other side has built-in grease channels which will run drippings off to the end of the grids, thus resulting in less flare-ups while you barbecue! We recommend doing chicken, fish, or anything fairly juicy when using the channeled side.
