Neso Grill - Stainless Steel Tray

Made of thick gage food grade stainless steel (304), the small tray allows you to cook with charcoal in your Neso Grill unit (once used for charcoal cooking, the small tray will be dedicated to this purpose since it will be discoloured). It also allows you to smoke, steam, sauté, indirect cook and much more. In combination with other Neso Grill accessories, it becomes a bain-marie, a warmer, a heat deflector for indirect cooking and much more. Combine the accessories to open a multitude of opportunities.
