This chef's set includes an 8" chef's knife, an 8" carving knife and a 4" paring knife, giving you the most important knives for a chef. The knives feature Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) handles that feel great in your hands and excellent grip, even when wet. All 3 knives have extremely sharp European stainless steel blades that have characterized Victorinox Swiss Army cutlery for over 130 years.
