Step 1:
Fire up the grill, looking to stabilize around 350°F
Step 2:
Lollipop your chicken drumsticks by locating where most of the meat ends, separate the tendons. Cut around the bone without cutting through it, then push the meat toward the knuckle end of the bone. Cut the tendons and skin off and it's ready.
Step 3:
Season the drumsticks with a rub of your choice, we used the new all purpose rub from les aliments Papa Ours.
Step 4:
Once the grill is up to temp put the drumsticks on the grill and leave them for half an hour to 45 minutes.
Step 5:
Crank the grill up to 450°F then baste the drumsticks with a sauce or sauces of your choice. We made 3 batches using sauces from les aliments Papa Ours using Pirate, Classic & Loulou bbq sauces.
Step 6:
After 15 minutes the drumsticks are ready and you can enjoy!
