Step 1:
Fire up the grill, looking to stabilize around 300°F
Step 2:
Season the pork ribs with a rub of your choice, we chose the Transcendental rub from Biceps BBQ.
Step 3:
Once the grill has reached temperature, put the ribs on and leave them for the next hour and a half.
Step 4:
Baste the ribs with a sauce of your choice then crank the grill up to 500°F. We chose the Blues Hog Smokey Mountain bbq sauce to complement the smoke we're putting into them.
Step 5:
After half an hour flip the ribs and baste the other side, then leave them on the top rack for 20 minutes. Flip and baste one final time.
Step 6:
After another half hour the ribs are ready, remove them from the grill and enjoy!
