Step 1:
Fire up the grill, looking to stabilize around 350°F
Step 2:
Marinate the chicken breast with a rub of your choice, we went with our rub of the week Whiskey Bent 100 Proof.
Step 3:
Place the chicken on the grill and insert your Traeger probe then close the lid
Step 4:
Flip the chicken after half an hour of cooking and then leave in until they reach an internal temperature around 165°F
Step 5:
Remove the chicken from the grill and fire it up 450°F
Step 6:
Baste your chicken with a sauce of your choice then throw it back on the grill for a few minutes
Step 7:
Remove your chicken from the grill and enjoy!
